As a first time seller of a home, I cannot recommend Jonathan Lorber enough!!! I was unfamiliar with the process of listing, selling, and negotiating, which made me extremely nervous. Knowing his familiarity with the area, and closed sales in the area, I put my complete trust in him. He guided me through every step with patience, and understanding. Once my property was listed, he managed several open houses, and showings on my behalf. He advertised my property throughout the neighborhood, and on social platforms as well. Once the sale was executed, he thankfully streamlined the closing process for me. My manager, Mark Gracy is simply amazing. He is a wonderful teacher, motivator, helper and listener.
