Working with Jonathan to sell our house was the easiest process ever. As our neighbor in Hollywood, we trusted his knowledge and expertise, which was a great call. We knew he would have a detailed knowledge of the area and the local real estate market. Jonathan is a caring and meticulous personality. He checked in regularly with us to make sure our questions were answered, and that we were feeling good about things. He always made sure we were updated and on the same page. He did his best for us in negotiations and was completely open and upfront about his reasoning and advice. Lovely little things he did that helped a lot were things like making copies of house keys for us, using his own leaf-blower to tidy up our driveway and front walk before a showing, and returning our internet router to the store for us after we moved so we would not get charged for it. I appreciated his friendly and kind nature very much, and would not hesitate to recommend his services very highly.

Marty and Mary Ellen are the best Realtors I've ever deal with. They are very professional from start to finish. I had many challenges as we found out there was a code violation on property that had to be cleared before I could sell. This took almost a year to complete. In that year they had 3 contracts for my property. They were with me the entire year helping me through obtaining closed permits for some areas in home. In my opinion you won't find better Realtors. They work really hard for their commission and they do earn it. You will never regret using them as your realtors.
